Through the chamber summons dated 17/9/2025, the ex-parte applicant seeks leave of the court to initiate judicial review proceedings to, interalia, quash the award of the Minister under the Adjudication Act in relation to parcel number 695 in Kamwimbi “A” Adjudiction Section. The court has perused the accompanying pleadings and evidence. The court is satisfied that there may be issues that warrant further consideration through a judicial review motion.
