Ochoki : I responded on 11.8.25 and served on the same day. they seek an order to file and appeal out of time and stay of execution of the4 judgment. Iam instructed to have the application allowed so that my sister can file the appeal within 7 days. On stay we seek that the entire decretal sum Kshs 1,00,669.90 be deposited in court within 30 days from today.
