1. The matter relates to a property known as L.R No.7830/22 - Nandi Hills.
2. This property is located in the jurisdiction of the Kapsabet ELC.
3. This matter is therefore transferred to Kapsabet Environment and Land Court for hearing and determination.
4. The Deputy Registrar Environment and Land Court – Eldoret will ensure transmission of the same to the Deputy Registrar – Kapsabet – ELC for further action.
