RULING
1. Based on the fact that the suit property is in Elgeyo Marakwet County, the matter is hereby transferred to the Iten-Environment and Land Court for hearing and determination.
2. The matter will be mentioned on 24.03.2026 before the Iten –ELC for further direction.
3. The Deputy Registrar – ELC Eldoret is directed to ensure the file is duly transmitted to the Deputy Registrar – ELC Iten for further action.
