RULING
1. The suit matter in the Petition is the subject matter in Judicial Review No.670 of 2006.
2. Based on the Judicial Review, there was a stay of the Award from the Land Tribunal.
3. Consequently, the Order issued by Hon. Areri on 7.04.2026 be and is hereby stayed.
4. The Ex-parte Applicant is ordered to reconstruct the Judicial Review file within 14 days from today’s date.
5. Both the Petition and the Judicial Review No.670 of 2006 will be merited before 9.07.2026.
