I have read the Applicant's application dated 5 March 2026 filed under a certificate of urgency dated 6 March 2026. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct the application be served for mention for directions on the mode of its disposal on 22 April 2026. In the meantime, the respondents are directed to file and serve their response to the application within seven days of the date of service of the application. Thereafter, the applicant will file and serve his written submissions within seven days of the date of service of the respondents' response. The respondents' submissions shall be filed and served within seven days of the date of service of the applicant's submissions. Orders accordingly.
