The Debtor filed his petition dated 06.12.2021 on the grounds that he is indebted to various creditors to the tune of Kshs. 156,038,606.00 which he is unable to honour. He states the debt was incurred in the course of business as a sole shareholder/director of JK Bake Limited and Aspros Africa Limited. There has been no objection to the petition. I therefore make out the following orders:
(1) A Bankruptcy Order be and is hereby issued.
(2) The Official Receiver is appointed as Trustee of the Debtor’s estate.
(3) Costs of the shall be in the bankruptcy.
