The Respondent in the application dated 24.07.2023 seeks extension of time to comply with orders of enforcement of Award dated 12.06.2023. There is no basis to grant the order on account of section 10 of the Arbitration Act which does not permit interference with the Award otherwise that in accordance with the Act.
The application dated 24.07.2033 is dismissed with costs of Kshs. 10,000.00 to the Applicant.
