This matter coming for revision of sentence.
Upon perusal of the record and the Sentence Review Report, the remainder of the offender's sentence is revised to Community Service for 18 months at KYUMBUNI PRIMARY SCHOOL under the supervision of the Probation Office Makueni. During that period he shall be involved among others in tree planting/tending activities, repair of school desks.
A Community Service Order to issue accordingly
