LEGAL NOTICE 165 OF 2024 Rule 8(1) and 8(2) it ought to be filed in the first instant in the subordinate court
and further being matter involving employment issues to be heard by Magistrate with jurisdiction to entertain Employment matters.
Thus this court transfers the matter to the chief Magistrate court at Narok for hearing and disposal.
Mention before the Chief Magistrate court is fixed on 6.11.2025.
The respondents be served within one(1) day.
