1. The Application dated 28 March, 2024 has been considered together with the supporting affidavit of even date.
2. The same is not opposed and an affidavit of service is available on the court record. The applicant has stated that the company has no realizable assets.
3. The Official Receiver accordingly seeks to be discharged, having completed its duties under liquidation, and pursuant to its mandate.
4. I have considered the exhibits attached to the affidavit in support, and I find that the liquidation is in fact complete. The Official Receiver ought to therefore be released, and the company be dissolved.
5. The application is hereby allowed as prayed for.
