1. I have considered the Notice of Motion application dated 12 August 2024 together with the affidavit in support. I note that the same was served on 13 August, 2024 and no reply has been filed in opposition to the same to date.
2. The application seeks to dissolve the Company and strike the same off the Register of Companies following completion of the liquidation process by the Official Receiver.
3. The Official Receiver averred that it is satisfied that the Company has no further assets capable of realization and therefore, seeks to be released from its duties.
4. There being no further assets capable of realization, I am satisfied that the O.R has completed its mandate, and no prejudice would be occasioned by granting the orders sought.
5. The application is allowed as prayed for.
