The same is partially allowed on the terms that the grant of letter of administration issued to perpetual Auma Dede , Florence Namazzi Dede and Pamela Odhimbo Dede on 27.7.12 and the subsequent conformed grant are hereby revoked as perpetual is deceased. , Florence Namazzi Dede and Pamelas Odhiambo Dede are appointed as new joint administrators. The administrators to file fresh searches, current bank statements and current evidence of existence of the shares . Hearing on 11.9.25 .
