I have heard counsel for objectors on his verbal application to transfer the File to Bomet High court . Counsel for petitioners is absent. The deceased hailed form Bomet County and the estate is in Bomet.There is now a High Court in Bomet and a Senior Magistrate who can hear and determine the matter. The matter is transferred to Bomet Chief Magistrate's Court for hearing and determination. Mention on 20.7.26 before the head of station for directions .
