I have heard counsel for the petitioner in his oral application to have the matter transferred to Bomet High court for hearing and detertmination. The matter was filed herein before Bomet High court was established . Article 48 guarantees citizens access to justice. Since the parties and the estate is in Bomet . I have considered the application and the value of the estate and i proceed to transfer the matter to the Chief magistrate's court Bomet for hearing and determination.
