In the Estate of JYOTSNA JIVRAM DERODRA JYOTSNA JIVRAM DEVJI

I have considered the petition dated 17/7/2024 and as filed herein and supported by affidavit of Saroj Jivram Derodra, Jatin Jivram Derodra and Vijay Jivram and do hereby allow it and make the following orders:

1. The grant of probate of the last will of the deceased Jyotsna Jivram Derodra alias Jyotsna Jivram Devji dated the 24^th day of January 2000 issued to Saroj Jivram Derodra both of 100A Ealing Road Wembley MI00lessex HAO 4^TH on 16^th March 2001 by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales (Principal Registry of the Family Division) is hereby sealed and adopted as a grant of probate of this court.
2. The said grant of probate is hereby confirmed in terms of the annexed will of the deceased dated 24^th day of January 2000.
3. A grant of probate of the last will of the deceased and a certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.
4. This file is marked as closed.  It is hereby so ordered.
