1. Petition for letters of administration dated 10.11.25 is considered .
2. it is clear that deceased died in Conacry -Guniea on 28.8.25 as per the death certificate .
3. The petition and the chief's letter indicate that deceased was survived by the applicant and 3 school going children.
4. I appoint the applicant as a temporary administrator of the estate of deceased for purposes of collection and preservation of the estate of deceased .
5. The compensation and other employment related dues of the deceased be deposited in a bank account to be opened by the applicant in the name of the estate of deceased in Kenya commercial bank.
6. No withdrawal shall be made form the said account without orders of the court .
7. The applicant to file accounts in court on or before 12.5.26 .
