I have had occasion to consider the application dated 15.4.26. For reasons stated, i certify matter as urgent. On perusal of the facts as averred in the grounds in support and affidavit evidence, and more particularly considerig the nature of the case, am persuaded that an interim relief is deserved to preserve the subject matter.
I allow prayer 2 pending hearing inter partes.
The application be served forthwith. Response be filed within 14 days. There shall be leave for a supplementary affidavit within 7 days of service of response.
The Application shall be canvassed by way of written submissions. The Applicant to file contemporaneously with a supplementary affidavit ( if one be desired) within 14 days of service of response. The respondent to file within 14 days of service of rival submissions.
