I have perused the application dated 20.6.24. For reasons stated, i certify matter as urgent. Upon considering the application, iam persuaded that the following orders/directions are apt;
1 The application be served forthwith.
2. Response be filed within 14 days.
3. Leave for a supplementary affidavit granted within 14 days of service of response.
4. The application shall be disposed of by way of written submissions.
5. The applicant to file submissions within 14 days of closure of affidavits.
6. The respondent to file submissions within 14 days of service of rival submissions.
7. Prayer 2 allowed pending further directions of court.
