  1. Lore Grace Asfar, hereinafter “the Applicant” filed summons for revocation of grant of Representation to the Estate of  Lore Grace Asfer issued to Richard David Roberts (1st Respondent) and Grace Eleper Lore (2nd Respondent) and confirmed on 26th November, 2024.
  2. The substratum of the application is that all documents relied upon including the Will are forged and misleading.  And, that the allegation that the Applicant is dead is untruthful.
  3. When the matter came up for hearing, parties agreed that the grant be annulled to enable them to reach an amicable solution to the matter.
  4. It is apparent that the certificate of confirmation of grant in this matter was obtained through false statements which made the proceedings defective.  For that reason and following the consent of the parties, the grant of probate with written Will issued on 26th November, 2024; and, confirmed on the same day, the 26th day of November 2024, be and is hereby revoked.
  5. It is so ordered.
