I have considered the application dated 27/7/26. On the material before court, i am satisfied
that an interim relief is desirable noting service is contested. Prayer 2 and 3 are allowed
pending hearing inter partes.
Respondent be served forthwith. Response in 14 days. A supplementary affidavit if desired
be filed within 7 days of servise of response to be filed together with skeletal submissions.
