I have read the applicant\'s two motions both dated 9 September 2024 and filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. In the first motion the applicant seeks the second motion to be admitted for hearing and disposal during this Honourable Court\'s current recess. I am not satisfied that the application is that urgent as to be heard during the court\'s recess. Nonetheless, I direct that the motion be served for inter parte hearing 17 September 2024. It is so ordered.
