I have read the applicant's application dated 3 August 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application is certified urgent. Leave is granted in terms of prayers 2, 3 and 4 of the chamber summons. Leave shall not operate as stay except that the applicants are at liberty to apply for stay once the substantive motion has been filed. I direct the main motion to be filed and served within 7 days of the date of this order. The respondents and interested parties to file and serve their response within 7 days of the date of service of the applicants' motion. The  motion shall be mentioned on 2 October 2023 for directions on the manner of its disposal. It is so ordered.
