On the material before court am pearsuaded that an interim relief is deserved to preserve the subject matter. I allow prayer 2 pending further orders of court. The application be canvassed by way of written submissions. The Applicant to file within 14 days of closure of affidadavits to be filed contemporaneously with a supplementary affidavit should that be desired. The Respondent to file within 14 days of service of rival submissions.
