I have read the applicant's application dated 15 July 2025 filed under a certrficate of urgency of even date. I am satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the same be served for mention for directions before the presiding judge, High Court Voi on 4 August 2025 for directions on its disposal. In the meantime, I order the status quo be maintained pending those directions on condition that the applicants deposit in court Kshs. 100,000 within the 30 days as security for costs and auctioneers' charges.
