I have perused the Notice of Motion dated 17/02/2025 under certificate of urgency, the grounds, supporting affidavit and the annexures thereof.
I observe that the Judgment sought to be reviewed and or set aside was delivered by the then Justice Ngaah on 16/01/2025 which is over one month ago. I decline to certify the application as urgent and direct the applicant in the application dated 17/02/2025 to serve the Respondents for interparte directions on 04/03/2025. The registry to upload these directions and notify the applicant’s counsel by email forthwith.
