I have read the applicant's application dated 29 January 2024 filed under certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayer 2 and 3 of the summons. The application for leave to operate as stay is, however, declined. I direct that the main motion be filed and served within 14 days of the date hereof. The respondent and interested parties shall file and serve their response to the motion within 14 days of the date of service of the main motion. The directions on the hearing of the motion shall be 16th of April 2024. It is so ordered.
