Ruling
1. Upon the Applicant, Timothy Wanjala Wekesa T/A Timpech Auctioneers' notice of motion dated 27.1.2026 coming up for hearing ex parte before me this 30th day of January 2026, I have duly considered the same, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by the Applicant on even date and the enclosures attached thereto and I do find that the application herein is well merited and I will allow it and make the following orders ;-
a) The Officer Commanding Kiminini Police Station is hereby ordered to provide security and assist the applicant, Timothy Wanjala Wekesa T/A Timpech Auctioneers while executing the orders and decree issued herein and specifically the warrants of attachment of movable properties dated 9.12.2025 and the proclamation dated 10.12.25.
b) The Applicant shall meet the cost of provision of such security by the O.C.S Kiminini Police Station and the costs of this application.
