1. Through a Notice of Motion dated 26/06/2026, the applicants seek orders thus;
a) This Honourable Court be pleased to recognize and adopt the Certificate of Costs dated 21 st May 2026 and issued on even date in the sum of Kshs Seventy Thousand Three Hundred and twenty-One and Eighty One Cents (Kshs 70,321.81) as the judgment of this honourable court.
b) Judgment be entered in favour of the Applicant and against the Respondent in the sum of Kshs 70,321.81 being the taxed costs certified by the Deputy Registrar Taxing Officer.
c) Costs of the application be in the cause.
2. The application is unopposed.
3. This application is for adoption of the certificate of costs and entry of judgment in the matter. Since it stands unopposed, I hereby enter judgment in favour of the applicants against the Respondent in the sum of Kshs 70,321.81 plus costs of the application.
