1. Through a Notice of Motion dated 20/05/2026, the applicants seek orders thus;
a) This Honourable Court be pleased to enter judgment in favour of the Applicant/Advocate against the Respondent/Client in the sum of Kenya Shillings One Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty (Kshs 156,750/=) being the taxed costs as certified by the Certificate of Taxation issued on 2 nd July 2025.
b) That the said sum do attract interest at court rates from 2 nd July 2025 until payment in full.
c) That the costs of this Application be borne by the Respondent
2. The application is unopposed.
3. The application emanates from the Bill of Costs taxed by the Deputy Registrar. A certificate of costs was issued at Kshs 156,750/= and time within which a reference could be filed having lapsed, I do enter judgment in favour of the applicant in the sum of Kshs 156,750/= plus costs of the application.
4. It is so ordered.
