RULING
By consent, the Application dated 11.07.2025 be and is hereby compromised as follows;
(a) The Defendant/Respondents be and are hereby prohibited for wither operating, opening and/or running any gas re-filling activities on the proposed Gas Refilling facility which is the subject of the suit pending the hearing and determination of the main suit.
(b) For clarity purposes, this Order is not a prohibitory Order against the Defendant/Respondent stopping them from undertaking any construction on the proposed Gas Refilling facility pending the hearing and determination of the main suit.
(c) The costs of the Application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
