RULING
- Based on the above submission of the counsel and with the concurrence, the Defendants/Respondents are hereby prohibited from either opening the operations of the proposed gas refilling facility and/or undertaking any storage, refilling and/or handling of any gas commodity pending the inter-parte hearing of this application.
- For clarity purposes, the order above is not a prohibitory order against the Defendant/Respondent stopping them from undertaking any construction pending the hearing and determination of the pending suit.
- The application dated 13.03.2025 will be mentioned on 02.07.2025 for further direction.
