RULING

1.   The Application dated 31.03.2026 is compromised in the following manner;

a)   The Plaintiff herein be and is hereby ordered to vacate the 1st Defendant’s property known as L.R Kiplombe Farm L.R 11040 measuring 16.9 acres within the next 21 days from today’s date.

b)   The 1st Defendant is also ordered to vacate the Plaintiff’s property measuring 4acres within L.R 6482 within the next 21 days from today’s date.

c)   The parties will make an inventory of their respective properties in terms of what is on the ground and file the inventory within 30 days from today’s date for the Court’s record.

d)   The costs of this Application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
