Directions be given on additional social inquiry reports about the care-giver Sarah Bungei Chepketey - sister to the Mother. The local clan elder where Immaculate on whether she has been cited for any criminal records. The victim’s mother herein was affected by offence of stealing.
The custodial sentence of 2 years shall be suspended pending the social inquiry reports. In terms of leadership - DPP Mr. Leina to liase with counterpart Hamisi to secure the location of the victim mother for interview.
The Probation Officer shall be overighted by upto the care manager to file individual reports. The school reports where Immaculate was attending. Final status conference on 6th October 2026.
