  1. I have considered the Application dated 13.12.24 together with the affidavit sworn in support seeking to amend the Chamber Summons dated 21 September 2023. The amendment seeks to include a prayer in the original application praying that the decision of the tribunal be adopted as an order of the court.
  2. The Application is not opposed and the same was duly served. A return of service is available on the court record.
  3. I note that the order sought is intended to give effect to the decision of the Tribunal and I see no prejudice in granting the same.
  4. The application is allowed as prayed for save that the Applicant shall bear the costs of the Application.
  5. The Amended Chamber Summons dated 13th December 2024 is hereby adopted as an order of the court.
  6. The file is marked as closed.
