I have considered the Plaintiff’s application for adjournment and the submissions. The reason given is that Mr Ombego is indisposed and unable to be in court.
As Mr Wafula has correctly submitted, Mr Ombego has been in this courtroom severally this morning. It cannot therefore be correct that he is unable to be in court. I find no merit in the application for adjournment. I dismiss it. Hearing to proceed at 12.20pm.
