- I have perused the chamber summons dated 21st May 2024 and the supporting affidavit sworn by Margaret Atieno Owuor on even date and I do note that no official search has been annexed to the supporting affidavit to prove that indeed parcel No. Kisumu/Seme/Ratta/569 belongs to the estate of the deceased Japheth Owuor Ondiek wherefore I am unable to allow this application. I however grant the Applicant leave to file a supplementary affidavit within 14 days from the date hereof and annex an current official search of the said parcel No. Kisumu/Seme/Ratta/1569.
- Mention on 12th June 2024 to reconsider this application. The registry is directed to place this file in a chamber cause list on that date.
