1. The convict Dick Abok and 2 others were sentenced to serve 3 years, one year in prison and 2 years on probation for the offence of manslaughter contrary to Section 202 as read with Section 205 of the Penal Code.2. Of the one (1) year imprisonment, they have served six (6) moths imprisonment.
3. In the spirit of prison decongestion, I hereby revise the prison sentence and order the convict released from prison to serve 21/2 years on probation to be supervised at Nyando Probation Office.
4. This order to apply to Criminal Revision No. E201 of 2024 Moses Odeny vs Republic.
