4. The Agreement for Sale of 20Acres on  L.R NO. CHEPTIRET/CHEPLASKEI BLOCK 2(CHEPKIGEN)195 dated 21.01.2025 between George Kiptoo Murrey and Paul Wekesa Barasa be and is hereby cancelled forthwith.
5. The Agreement for Sale of 20Acres on CHEPTIRET/CHEPLASKEI BLOCK 2(CHEPKIGEN)195 dated 21.01.2025 between Paul Wekesa Barasa and John Kiprop Tanui be and is hereby cancelled forthwith.
6. There will be no orders as to costs in this matter.
