I have considered the applicant's application dated 5 May 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. Nonetheless, leave is granted in terms of prayers (iii)(v) (a) of the summons. The main motion to be filed and served within seven days of the date of this ruling. The respondent to file and serve its response within seven days of the date of service of the main motion. Mention for directions on the disposal of the suit on  22 May 2023. It is so ordered.
