I have considered Notice of Motion dated 11th April 2025, the supporting affidavit and the submissions.

The application is not opposed. The reason for failure to attend Court has been explained. I find merit in the application. The ex parte order dated 30th January 2025 dismissing the appeal for non-attendance is hereby set aside. Costs of Notice of Motion dated 11th April 2025 shall be in the appeal.
