1. The substantive Judicial Review Notice of Motion dated 24th November 2025 is unopposed and having perused the same together with the statutory statement dated 11th June 2025 as well as the verifying affidavit of Daniel Ricci dated 11th June 2025, this court hereby grants it in terms of prayers no (a) and (b) thereof with the exception that only interest at court rates shall apply in lieu of the interest rate of 14% sought at prayer no (b). The costs of the motion shall be borne by the respondent.
