I have considered the applicant's application dated 2 April 2024, together with the certificate of urgency of even date filed alongside the application. Considering that the judgement sought to be set aside was delivered way back in September 2023, I am not satisfied that this application is urgent. I direct that the same be served for further directions directions on the mode of its disposal on 29 April 2024. It is so ordered.
