1. In order to allow the plaintiff to pursue their proof of debt before the liquidator and there being no objection to the application, the same is allowed as prayed.
2. Consequently, the proceedings herein are hereby stayed pending the completion of the liquidation process of the 1st defendant/respondent.
3. The matter will be mention for purposes of appraising court on the status of the liquidation on 31st July, 2025.
