RULING
1. On the 09.09.2025; the Court did make a finding that the person known as Musa Mulamba was to remove the body of one Esther Osawa Macharia for the suit property
2. The Court did then give Mr. Mulamba a chance to exhume the body and have buried in another place.
3. The matter has had many mentions to enable the person known as Musa Mulamba to either exhume the body or purchase the portion which the body was buried.
4. Unfortunately, since 09.09.2025, the person known as Musa Mulamba has not complied with any of the said direction.
5. Today, the person known as Musa Mulamba still does not have any plans to exhume the body of the deceased from the suit property.
6. Justice therefore requires that Musa Mulamba is found to be in contempt of the Court Orders issued on the 09.09.2025
