RULING

1.   The Court has heard the mitigation facts of the person known as Musa Mulamba.

2.   Unfortunately, the Court takes note that the person called Musa Mulamba has consistently been disobeying Court Orders since 12.06.2025.

3.   Consequently, the Court is of the view that this person known as Musa Mulamba does not have respect to the rule of law and Order of the Court.

4.   As such, the Court hereby sentences Musa Mulamba to six (6) months in Civil jail for contempt of Court.

5.   The Judgement Holder will ensure that the substance allowance is paid to the necessary authority.
