RULING
- The parties are granted the final chance to prepare, file and serve their submission within 30 days from today’s date.
- Due to the fact that the matter was heard fully by Hon. Lady Justice Jane Onyango, who has since changed station, the file will be transferred to Environment and Land Court -Thika where Judge Jane Onyango is currently stationed for purposes of writing the judgment.
- The matter will be mentioned on 25.06.2025 before Judge Jane Onyango who is stationed in Thika –Environment and Land Court.
- The Defence Counsel is directed to prepare and serve a Mention Notice on the Plaintiff Counsel within 14 days from today’s date.
- The Deputy Registrar of Eldoret –Environment and Land Court is directed to ensure the file is transferred to Thika – ELC and placed before Hon. Lady Justice Jane Onyango for further direction.
