RULING
1. In this matter, the Plaintiff has been unavailable before the Court.
2. On the 03.12.2025, the Counsel for the Plaintiff did cease acting.
3. Since then the Plaintiff has not appointed another Counsel or attended Court.
4. Consequently, the matter is hereby struck out for want of prosecution.
5. In the meantime, the Consent filed on 27.03.2025 and dated 26.03.2025 be and is hereby discharged.
6. The Plaintiff is condemned to pay costs of the suit to the defendants.
7. The file is closed.
