'The court has considered the Originating Motion dated the 27/10/2025 together with the supporting affidavit and the certificate of urgency.
The same is brought under Section 53(1), 81(1) and (2) and 82(1)(2)(b) of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2009 and order 51 Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Rules. According to the supporting affidavit sworn by I.P. Bedford Muriuki, this court is satisfied that the applicant has established reasonable grounds on the basis of which the orders sought herein can issue.
ORDER
The application is allowed in terms of prayer (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the application dated the 27th October, 2024.
