I have considered the chamber summons application dated 19 May 2023 but filed in court on 30 May 2023 under undated certificate of urgency. By dint of section 175(3) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, the application is certified urgent. Leave is granted in terms of prayer (ii) of the summons. The main motion shall be filed and served within 3 days of the date of this ruling. The respondents shall file and serve their response within 3 days of the date of service of the motion. The application shall be disposed of by way of written submissions and in this regard:
(a) The applicant's submissions to be filed and served within 3 days of the date of service of the respondents' response.
(b) The respondents to file and serve their submissions within 3 days of the date of service of the applicant's submissions.
(c) Highlighting of submissions on 12 June 2023.
